MyVisualField Test for healthcare professionals

With MyVisualField Test you can:

  • Complete your examinations by measuring the peripheral vision of your normal patients, recording the data for comparison purposes on subsequent examinations.
  • Carry out static and kinetic perimetry tests for screening of patients who are suspected of having glaucoma or a degenerative eye condition.
  • Carry out tests on patients with circulatory problems who are suspected of having hemianopic defects.
  • Assess the residual visual field of diabetic patients who have undergone laser treatment.
  • Quickly examine the visual field of young people who have suffered sports injuries with contusions of the eyeball.
  • Assess if a macro hypophysis adenoma has caused compression on the optic pathways.

MyVisualField Test can’t make a diagnosis but it can give sound indications which must then be backed up and certified by standardized tests and always be interpreted by the supervising doctor, both from the point of view of reliability and the reproducibility of the results.

It’s a good idea to always save the test results and to be aware of the cumulative learning effect: a well-taught patient responds better.

MyVisualField Test Pro, the version designed for healthcare professionals, will soon be available in stores.

It allows patients to better verifying and more frequently, the functional deterioration of the visual defect, which would otherwise be impossible in the current conditions for access to health services.
